BeOnBoard is a game-changing organisation on a mission to deliver on diversity by disrupting the leadership pipeline with high-class talent from diverse backgrounds to strengthen inclusive decision-making, innovation, resilience and profitability. In the VCSE sector alone, 92% of Trustees are white and 95% of charitable organisations recruit solely by word of mouth. This needs to change, and BeOnBoard is here to make that change happen.
BeOnBoard works with organisations to embed the principles of ED&I in their governance structures through tailored training and support packages and inclusive recruitment campaigns. At the other end, BeOnBoard works with talented and diverse individuals who underrepresented in leadership positions, offering training and support to get them Board-ready.
