Benington Community Heritage Trust (BCHT) was set up with the aim of re-opening the church of Benington, All Saints, a Grade I listed building as a community, heritage and events centre. The Trust succeeded in raising the £2.3 m for the conservation and adaptation of the building - obtaining funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund - and, in December 2018, building work to create the Beonna at All Saints was completed.
The Trust is now engaged in establishing the Beonna as a high-quality venue for meetings, events, exhibitions and Community & Heritage projects in Lincolnshire.
