At Beautiful New Beginnings we aim to support and empower parents from pregnancy to school age with a range of classes and courses. We believe in creating generations of holistically well children and we know that to do this we must have well supported, knowledgeable and connected families and communities. Run by a range of professionals in their fields, we aim to break down the barriers that exist between professionals and parents to provide safe and welcoming spaces where people can feel comfortable to ask the questions and seek the support they need to raise their children. Underpinning all of our services is mental health and wellbeing, both of parents and children and young people. We understand that without good emotional stability and wellbeing, very little else is possible and family life suffers incredibly. We support families in raising their children, support with early years education, children with additional needs and disability and provide social connection through educational spaces. It is proven that when families are well supported, they thrive. When they are well connected, they are happier. Our services begin antenatally and run right the way through to school age providing continuity of care which doesn't exist in other services but is so very needed, When barriers are broken between professionals and parents, parents understanding and ability to access supportive and helpful expert advice is increased and this impacts positively on family life and parental wellbeing. It is then that we can begin to impact directly upon the childs life and support parents in providing the skills, experiences and activities they will need for their educational development and emotional wellbeing.
Our organisation runs a range of services both online and face to face
We provide stay and play sessions running in the community which provide a space for parents to come and interact and engage with their children in an early years style set up.
We provide daily online activities for parents to enhance child development, gross motor and fine motor development and support speech and language. Makaton sign classes, sensory play sessions, stories and rhyme sessions, baby yoga, massage and tummy time sessions.
We provide antenatal courses led by a range of professionals which aim to support parents on their pregnancy journey, connecting them with a community of other parents to be and also helping them to understand how to adjust to life with a newborn as well as how to look after themselves, physically and emotionally.
