Activities

We provide the following services and activities:-

  • One to One support helping individuals to maintain their independence and encouraging them to interact with the wider community and live more fulfilling lives.
  • Seven leisure clubs for adults and youngsters (including sports, performing arts, cookery, discos, outings and socialising)
  • GREENFINGERS which is a horticulture, woodwork and crafts project running 5 days a week helping individuals to gain new skills. The project is based on a 1/3rd acre site and both produce and wooden items are available for the public to purchase. This project also supports adults with mental health issues.
  • "Gardening in the community" has just been launched where we have a team of mixed ability undertaking basic garden maintenance for local residents who are unable to look after their gardens.
  • We provide advice and support through signposting for individuals and their families.
