Basingstoke Counselling Service offers one-to-one and couples counselling to adults in the local area. We plug a gap by offering open-ended affordable and professional counselling to those going through periods of distress or difficulty. Without our service, many would continue to struggle alone with mental health challenges, or face long waits for NHS provisions or high prices to see private counsellors.
We support people to explore the root of their difficulties, so that they can feel empowered to make their own choices and changes, with lasting results.
