Baldy Bane Theatre Company is a touring Theatre in Education (TiE) company which has been established for 25 years. We achieved charitable status in December 2015.
Our audiences comprise of children, young people and the wider community.
The subject matter of our plays and other drama resources cover important issues such as domestic abuse, personal and community safety, dementia, and doorstep crime, among others. The objects for which the Company is established are to advance education and the arts.
Our dramas increase awareness on a range of topics and enable audiences to make informed choices about their own and others' behaviours.
Our mission is to use the arts to inspire and encourage social awareness and responsibility.
Our vision is engaged, educated and empowered generations through the arts.
We meet our objectives by writing, producing and touring high quality, informative dramas and workshops to intergenerational audiences across the UK.
