Aylesbury Youth Action is a charity based in Aylesbury, located on Holman Street, Quarrendon. The Trustees and Staff work together to provide volunteering opportunities for young people, between the ages of 14 to 24 years, to go out into the community and engage in social action based projects and activities. We partner with other community organisations and support young people to design and deliver activities at these community locations; such as running activities for young children or engaging with older people with dementia, undertaking conservation tasks or helping out with local events. The young people gain a number of important skills through their volunteering activities, to help their personal development and prepare them for the transition from school to the next chapter of their lives.
