To promote mental health and well-being within the Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities, particularly focusing on men, by providing accessible, culturally competent, and stigma-free mental health support and resources. Ayati Mind aims to reduce disparities in mental health outcomes, improve access to quality care, and foster open conversations about mental well-being within these communities.

Ayati Mind's activities are designed to benefit individuals within the Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities, with a particular focus on BAME men aged 18 to 55. Our services and resources aim to address their unique mental health needs, reduce disparities in mental health outcomes, and provide a supportive and stigma-free environment for seeking help and support.


Ayati Mind will carry out its main purpose by providing accessible, culturally competent, and technology-driven mental health support and resources. This includes: Digital Platform: Ayati Mind will operate an online platform accessible through web and mobile applications. Users will have access to a range of mental health resources, including articles, videos, and self-help tools. Therapist Network: We will build and maintain a network of culturally competent therapists and life coaches who can provide one-on-one sessions to users seeking professional support.Community Engagement: Ayati Mind will foster a sense of community and belonging through user forums and peer support groups, where individuals can share their experiences and insights.Research and Development: We will continually innovate by conducting research and development activities to enhance our services. This includes developing AI-driven features, expanding our resource library, and improving the user experience. Outreach and Awareness: Ayati Mind will actively engage with BAME communities through outreach programmes, partnerships with community organisations, and educational initiatives to raise awareness about mental health and our platform.Collaborations: We will collaborate with mental health experts, researchers, and community leaders to ensure our services remain culturally sensitive and effective.
