Objectives

Autism Sussex was founded in 1989 by a group of parents impacted by the lack of provision for autistic young adults. It is now an established autism charity with a turnover of £6.3 million and 200 staff. The organisation supports over 250 adults and children with an autistic spectrum condition in Sussex.

Autism Sussex has decided to merge with Larking with Hill Autistic Trust, trading as Pepenbury which has a turnover of £6.7 million and staff strength of over 250. This merger between Autism Sussex and Pepenbury will be formed and the new Chair of Trustees will lead the Board of Trustees of this exciting new charity.
