Atoma Union is a youth oriented organisation that helps to tackle knife crime in West Midlands. We do this by offering vulnerable teens free courses, workshops and also work experience to allow them to focus on their future. We also offer a career for the, to progress through allowing them to get leadership experience as well as running our own youth club weekly.
We do this by selling magazines to general publicity groups. Which allows teens to practice their public speaking and teamwork skills. This also allows them to handle rejection allowing them to build their own resilience. Teens also earn ranging from £50 to £150 a day from selling these magazines.
