Objectives

ACT's Vision it that everyone has the opportunity to live in their community with support, dignity and purpose. We are a multi-service charity supporting the vulnerable throughout East Anglia. We have many services, ranging from Housing, Domestic Abuse Outreach, Money Advice and we are the providers of Appropriate Adults to the Police in Suffolk and Norfolk. We work with the National Probation Service to support Women upon their release from prison and have a range of Rough Sleeper Initiative in Suffolk and Essex, funded by the Ministry of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. Due to the variety of services that we offer, we are in a unique position to provide wrap around, holistic support to people when they need it. We work with both families and individuals, as well as offering Mentoring and Independent Visiting to young people in care.
