Objectives

The Ambulance Wish Foundation UK is a UK charity first registered with the Charities Commission on 11th May 2016. It’s primary purpose is to provide  free specialised ambulance transport service to a place of personal significance to fulfil a final wish. These wishes may include a trip home, family outing, attending an event, visiting a favourite place or meeting someone special.

AWF-UK’s secondary purpose, agreed by a Memorandum of Understanding is to provide a free transport service for the North London Hospice, when the ambulance is not undertaking wishes. We aim to fulfil individuals wishes, providing inspiration, comfort and closure at the end of life.
