Age UK Redbridge, Barking and Havering supports approximately 5000 older people per year in the London Boroughs of Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham and Havering. Our aim is to help older people stay independent and healthy. We also provide practical and emotional help to those who are frail, as a result of age and illness.
