We've been in operation since 1986, offering a wide range of services, all tailored for the over 50's.

We adopt shared governance as part of our organisational culture which means that our customers, volunteers, partners and staff have a strong voice in what and how the decisions of the organisation are made.

Our Mission is – “to enhance the health and well-being of older people by promoting quality-assured activity, information and care; ensuring that older people have opportunity for choice and continued independence".
