We lease supported studio apartments to single elderly people who wish to live independently but in community in order to combat loneliness and isolation. We provide two cooked meals each day at a set time while allowing residents to make their own breakfasts at what ever time they wish to rise. We encourage integration into the local community groups according to individual interests.
We have a House Manager who co-ordinates the five part time Housekeepers who cook the meals and keep the communal areas of the house clean. We have a large attractive garden with spectacular sea view around the Jurassic Coast and with easy access to the iconic town of Lyme Regis. We engage with residents and try to match their interests to available activities locally, be it arts groups, singing, music or theatre.
