Abbeyfield Chalfonts (Austenmead) is a supported living house comprising of 11 rooms. As an Abbeyfield member society we provide affordable and comfortable accommodation for elderly people. Austenmead is managed by a board of trustees and committed staff.
Austenmead provides privacy, support and security for the elderly people who wish to live independently in a friendly atmosphere with the benefits of home cooked meals, all inclusive rents and companionship.
