Geographical remit:

CASY is a registered charity set up in 1998 and works across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire providing emotional support to children and young people.

The increase in demand for our service reflects the harsh reality of modern-day life for young people and the lack of funding support for mental and emotional health.

The young people we support come to us with a variety of presenting issues including family break ups, depression anxiety, low self-esteem, self-harming behaviour, attachment problems and suicidal thoughts.

We offer a confidential counselling in the community across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.  We offer a service from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

We also provide counselling within schools
