4-22 Foundation is a UK not-for-profit organization founded in 2019. We offer continuous and integrated long-term support to young people through every stage of their development, from the ages of 4 to 22. Based in Tottenham, in the London borough of Haringey, we focus on those most at risk of disadvantage.
We offer safe and supportive opportunities where young people can raise and then achieve their aspirations. From Mentoring, which begins at the age of 4, we offer an interlinked and holistic series of projects including a Tuition School, a STEM programme, Career Pathway Workshops, Counselling and Employability Training. In 2021, we engaged with 250 young people and supported 157 young people into paid work.
