Youth Mentors will join our vibrant team and play a crucial role in helping disadvantaged young people navigate life's challenges and unlock their full potential. 

What will you be doing?

We are looking for volunteers to join our vibrant team as a Youth Mentor and embark on an inspiring journey of making a real difference in the lives of socially excluded and disadvantaged young people. As a mentor, you'll have the chance to create a positive impact and be part of an amazing community.

Responsibilities:

- Engage in fun and meaningful one-on-one mentoring sessions, group activities, and workshops designed to ignite personal growth and development in our amazing young people.

- Become a beacon of positivity and inspiration as you serve as a role model to our incredible youth.

- Foster genuine connections and provide unwavering support, encouragement, and valuable feedback to help our young people thrive.

- Collaborate with our dedicated staff and fellow volunteers to celebrate successes and overcome challenges together, creating a tight-knit community that's as uplifting as it is impactful.

Training and Supervision:

You will receive dedicated supervision from our specialist consultancy team, ensuring you have the support and guidance needed to excel in your role. Our team embodies an informal yet professional approach, fostering an environment where you can thrive.

In addition to supervision, we are committed to your ongoing development. You will have access to external training opportunities to enhance and refine your skills, empowering you to make an even greater impact as a Youth Mentor.
