Welcome to Reach Volunteering. We are a community and registered charity that connects people, skills and good causes.

To apply for this role, and any other on our platform, you need to be based in the UK, have at least three years of experience using the skills you wish to volunteer in a professional capacity or have lived experience (for trustee roles). Read more about our criteria.

We're looking for the right person to help us scale our impact through sustainable fundraising.

NaariSamata is a volunteer-led charity helping women and  children in underrepresented communities.

What will you be doing?

About the Role:

As Fundraising Manager, you'll be the strategic lead for NaSa’s fundraising efforts – identifying opportunities, managing donor relationships, and working with our volunteer teams to raise crucial funds for our programmes, including:

  • Project Paalan (Sponsor a Girl for Education)
  • Dignity Kits for Homeless Women
  • Eco-Empower: Women’s Green Bag Initiative
  • And more community-led initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns (grants, corporate partnerships, community fundraising, individual giving)
  • Write compelling funding proposals and grant applications
  • Build and nurture relationships with donors, funders, and partners
  • Track income, set targets, and report on progress to the leadership team
  • Work closely with our Marketing, Projects, and Communications teams

What are we looking for?

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have previous experience in fundraising, grant writing, or donor engagement
  • Understand the charity and/or development sector, especially around gender equality
  • Are self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment

What We Offer:

  • A chance to shape and grow the fundraising function of a small but mighty charity
  • A supportive team of passionate volunteers
  • Flexibility in how and when you work
  • Purpose, impact, and community

Let’s build a fairer world – together.

What difference will you make?

our work will directly help us:

  • Sponsor girls from underserved communities to stay in school and complete their education
  • Distribute thousands of dignity kits with sanitary products and hygiene items to homeless women across the UK
  • Provide skills training and livelihoods for women through initiatives like our eco-friendly paper bag project
  • Launch vital awareness campaigns and podcasts that tackle gender inequality, domestic abuse, and mental health stigma
  • Expand our reach, build stronger partnerships, and increase our long-term sustainability

At NaariSamata, every pound raised translates into real, measurable change — and as Fundraising Manager, you'll be at the heart of that impact.
