What will you be doing?

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our experienced and dedicated team to support the delivery of high-quality welfare benefits advice via different communication platforms.

We require an individual with proficient administrative capabilities who is dedicated to leveraging them to enhance the capacity of our welfare benefits advisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative support to the team.
  • Provide information, advice, and guidance on welfare benefits or any services provided to individuals accessing the center.
  • Collaborate with the different service providers.

What are we looking for?

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential experience in office administration.
  • Essential proficiency in IT and computer skills, including Office 365.
  • Essential professional telephone etiquette.
  • Essential strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with vulnerable individuals.
  • Essential excellence in communication, both written and oral.
  • Desirable experience in compliance management within an organization.

Personal Qualities:

  • Willingness to work independently, under pressure, and within deadlines.
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates honesty and integrity.
