All Ways Network (AWN) is looking for a dynamic website volunteer to ensure the website is relevant and user friendly for our service users and the public. AWN supports and informs not-for-profits to help them in their funding journey.
Successful candidates must also be able to demonstrate:
- Proficient in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress/Wix)
- Good understanding of SEO principles and practices
- Strong analytical skills for website performance tracking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Including supporting others with advice on how to create effective content
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations relevant to charity websites
- Ability to use own initiative and be creative
- Some knowledge of Muslim communities/charity sector
- Have experience in web design and/or web development
- Ability to lead and manage the website. We are currently switching from Wix to Wordpress
- Have excellent written skills
- Can demonstrate work already completed with web links
- Committed to the cause AWN is achieving
- Located in the UK
- Looking for individuals who are sympathetic to Muslim causes
