Kainé Management is at a pivotal point in its development. A comprehensive 5-year vision is being planned, as well as a renewed focus and purpose in light of the impact of the pandemic on our end users. In order to deliver an ambitious program in collaboration with local government, business, partners, and communities, Kainé Management is seeking an individual to update add maintain our website.
Update website content on WordPress/Wix templates in line with commercial decision (including text and image updates)
Use Image editing, HTML and CSS, and WordPress/Wix to modify themes, pages, and page elements
Coordinate, monitor and maintain all website content to ensure it is accurate, up to date, written in plain English and meets usability and accessibility standards.
Design, build, amend, monitor and archive webpages and e-forms to meet the needs of the Council and ensure search engine optimisation.
Work with services on a daily basis to ensure that the structure of the Kainé's websites and e-forms meet the needs of customers, both internally and externally, and adhere to local government web standards.
Provide support to all services on content related enquiries for all websites, e- forms
Knowledge of best practice on the web including developing and iterating user journeys, usability and accessibility.
Preferably a good working knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript and other modern web technologies and standards (general coding)
Ability to work with no code/low code software (power automate, jotform etc)
Experience of using content management systems
Good level of information technology education.
