We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Web Developer with expertise in WordPress to help us elevate our digital presence and support our mission. The ideal candidate will bring both technical skills and a passion for making a difference. Here's what we're looking for:
Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in web development, with a strong focus on WordPress design, development, and customization.
Technical Expertise:* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for creating and modifying WordPress themes and plugins.* Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.* Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and optimize website performance.* Knowledge of SEO best practices to ensure our website ranks well and reaches a wider audience.Design Skills: A keen eye for design and attention to detail to enhance the visual appeal and user experience of our website.Feature Development: Capability to build and integrate advanced website features, including donation pages and resource centers, that align with user needs.Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to address technical issues and ensure smooth functionality of the website.Communication and Collaboration: Ability to work closely with our team, understand our goals, and translate them into effective web solutions.
