Time

Either in or out of office hours Estimate of time needed:
0-3 hours / week
Any amount of time that works for the volunteer works for us. A general guideline will be around 3-5 hours a week? We need whatever help we can get!

Our Centre is in need of some assistance for our website and digital related projects. For example, helping us design flyers, information booklets and/or our social media platforms.

What will you be doing?

We are a Centre dedicated to improving the disadvantaged Chinese community's physical and emotional wellbeing. We often produce flyers/information booklets etc with health information such as our Hep B clinic, dementia prevention etc and require some assistance in turning our information into actual flyers/booklets which we can hand out to the community. We would also require some assistance with up keeping/manage our social media platforms.

What are we looking for?

Essential

  • Web design skills
  • Strong computer skills

Desirable

  • Ability to read Chinese

What difference will you make?

Our flyers and booklets and web platforms are very essential to how we provide information and assistance to our community.

What's in it for the volunteer?

This opportunity will provide the volunteer with the ability to directly impact the lives of our community, by providing them with the health related info they need. The design used will be distributed in our offices and around London and will reach many people in need.
