This volunteer manager role will help us organise the many well intentioned, skilled and talented volunteers who support our causes and campaigns by giving generously of their time.

What will you be doing?

The Volunteer Manager will recruit, onboard, and support volunteers, creating and managing tasks to keep workflows efficient. They will update induction processes, conduct due diligence, and ensure volunteers meet personal development goals. Responsibilities include tracking daily outputs, scheduling, and using tools like Google Drive and Slack. The View offers growth opportunities in justice, arts, and feminist sectors, including access to events, exhibitions, and conferences.

What difference will you make?

The View Magazine, founded by three incarcerated women in 2020, uses art and creativity to heal trauma and challenge social injustice. As Volunteer Manager, you’ll coordinate and support volunteers, boosting efficiency and impact. Your work will raise awareness of women’s experiences in the justice system and help drive radical reform for a fairer society.
