What will you be doing?

Religions for Peace UK (RfPUK)  is a charitable foundation dedicated to fostering peace and understanding among diverse religious communities. Our vision is a world where people of all faiths can work together harmoniously to address pressing global challenges. We aim to promote interfaith dialogue, advocate for social justice, and support initiatives that build resilient, peaceful communities. By uniting different faith traditions, we strive to create a more just, compassionate, and sustainable world for all. 

 

We are looking for a creative and dedicated volunteer to join our team as a Multimedia and Social Media Specialist. This ongoing opportunity involves working on a range of projects that aim to promote and support our cause. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in creating, editing, and enhancing video content for our campaigns and projects.
  •  Develop visually appealing graphics for social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Plan, schedule, and develop content for our social media channels.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritise them effectively to meet deadlines.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a volunteer with the following skills, experience, and qualities:

  • Creative skills.
  • Graphic design, video editing and game design abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: experience/familiarity with creative / editing software such as Canva.
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English Proficiency.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Genuine interest in RfPUK’s projects and mission.

This role is ideal for someone who is innovative, detail-oriented, and eager to use their skills for a good cause.

You will be working with our Team and are welcome to take part in our programme and project planning process. The voluntary position may in time turn into paid opportunities.
