Launching in a few months is our Health-tech platform, we need an experienced volunteer in marketing communications to work with our kick starter team to assist in setting and steering marketing and sales direction in raising public awareness.

What will you be doing?

On a day-to-day basis

  • Business Planning and execute marketing strategy alongside the marketing executive for Care Dial service to increase brand visibility and awareness and to drive audience reach and maximise revenue.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Care Dial's pipeline of new services 
  • Provide leadership, support and personal development to the marketing and business development teams. Working closely with the Director of Business Development to drive the performance of the whole team.
  • Play a pivotal advisory role among the team by making a meaningful and informed contribution to strategy and day-to-day business planning
  • Lead and commission brand insight projects as applicable 
  • Lead direct and brief the marketing and another team with campaign plans/requirements
  • Develop digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Direct and manage go-to-market strategy and oversee implementation for services and feature launches
  • Brief the marketing executive and shared services with campaign plans/requirements
  • Business and management skills - Managing and setting tasks for the kick starter employee, through the use of monday.com
  • Knowledge of service users - Understanding the health care industry is a bonus 
  • Commitment - Have the time and enthusiasm to get involved and understand what CareDial is about and vision 
  • Governance - Able to participate in the setting of strategy and direction. Able to monitor the performance of the Kickstarter and give report 
  • Strategic - Be a positive, forward-thinker, planner and leader 
  • Develop market position and brand of the company to a variety of audiences in order to enable it to fulfil its mission and aims
  • Practical - Willing to ‘do’. Be an active participant 
  • Create a marketing/public relations strategy that will allow the organisation to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences and key influencers

Essential Skills, Experience and Talents:

  • Marketing and PR/Communication expertise
  • Someone with experience managing a team of up to 5+ 
  • Demonstrated leadership and management, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in business and startups 
  • Experience of the strategic use of social media as effective communication mechanisms to support services and activities
