As a Volunteer Financial Administrator with us, you'll be taking on a share of the responsibilities for bookkeeping, invoice processing, preparation of management accounts and budgeting.

What will you be doing?

What is involved:

 

  • Accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Able to monitor income and expenses against a budget and explain variances.
  • Willing to undertake a variety of tasks, ranging from raising invoices and basic bookkeeping, to producing budgets and management accounts.
  • To provide an efficient and professional administration service
  • Help with cash books and petty cash

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Willing to make use of opportunities given, e.g., for training, mentoring etc.
  • Able to carry out tasks within agreed guidelines
