To lead the creation of appropriate visual media assets, working closely and collaboratively with the various CFK Teams to identify needs, develop the creative briefs and lead the creation of engaging and compelling CFK visual media content. 

What will you be doing?

  • Working closely with the Marketing and Communications Lead, and the wider Leadership Team, to support the development of the CFK brand identify, helping build awareness and understanding of the project amongst our target audiences by creation of visual media assets, primarily videos 
  • Create engaging and creative visual media, aligned to our brand values and consistent with our brand guidelines, that can be used externally, for example on our website or on social media, to help promote the work of CFK 
  • Preparing storyboards and scripts for relevant video content, working collaboratively with the teams and people involved in each project 
  • Directing, editing and producing video content, as appropriate 
  • Identify and utilise appropriate software and platforms to help create and deliver visual media assets 

What are we looking for?

Experience / Skills  

  • Experience in a creative role involving video based visual media 
  • Prior experience in a similar role (paid or voluntary) 
  • Experience leading and managing creative projects from start to finish 
  • Articulate written, visual and verbal communicator, excellent copy accuracy and proofreading skills; fluency in English is essential 
  • Previous experience of working for Charities and/or volunteer organisations is desirable but not required
