Hillside Performing Arts CIC is looking for an experienced videographer to help document and showcase the impact of our work across the community. 

What will you be doing?

Experience in filming and editing for community-based projects is essential. You’ll be working with young people, elders, and families, capturing vibrant moments from performances, classes, events, and interviews.

We're seeking someone who can creatively pull together footage from our diverse range of activities for: Social media and website

  • Impact reports for funders
  • A visual showcase of our story and achievements

What are we looking for?

Skills Needed:

  • Strong filming and editing experience
  • Ability to tell stories visually
  • Comfortable working in community and youth settings
  • Knowledge of social media formats (Reels, YouTube, etc.) is helpful
  • Ideal for a professional who wants to use their skills to give back to the community and support grassroots impact.

We’re seeking someone to shadow our work over 3 short days, capturing vibrant moments from intergenerational sessions — from elders to schools — to help us:

  • Create content for our social media and website
  • Show potential funders the real value of our work
