What will you be doing?

The Vice Chair of Membership supports the Chair and PWN president in all aspects of membership management and serves as a secondary point of contact for membership inquiries. This role actively fosters long-lasting relationships with members while assisting in the development and implementation of a membership strategy to ensure sustainability, growth, and active participation. The Vice Chair collaborates with the Chair to deliver an exceptional membership experience and strengthen the organisation’s community.

Role Description

The VP Membership is the main point of contact for all membership inquiries and matters and actively encourages a long-lasting membership relationship. This individual is responsible for the development and implementation of a membership strategy to ensure sustainability, growth and active participation of members count and deliver a great experience for members.

Passionate about attracting and retaining active membership participation, the head of Membership is a natural networker, comfortable with articulating the value of being part of PWN London as well as a strong administrator in managing the membership joining procedure and ongoing database for the local network

 

Responsibilities

  1. Development and implementation of the strategy and campaigns to retain and recruit new members
  2. A spokesperson for PWN London when required, able to articulate the positioning and value proposition to individuals clearly
  3. Handling correspondence and discussions with members regarding membership, fees, etc. 
  4. Regular communication and engagement with existing members 
  5. Monitoring and administration of the membership database, and liaising with PWN Global on membership queries, where applicable
  6. Provide analysis on membership stats and demographics
  7. Attending events (when possible) to facilitate membership attraction
  8. Greeting and welcoming new members
  9. Contacting potential new members who have indicated interest in the network; leverages
  10. Create a membership experience
