The Vice Chair role is to support the Chair and assist in the day to day running of this not for profit, entirely volunteer run organisation.

What will you be doing?

You will

  • Be responsible for managing 40+ volunteers
  • Be part of the Ealing 135 Senior Leadership Team
  • Direct the organisation into the future
  • Be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders

The Vice Chair may be expected to take additional responsibilities that are reasonably expected to assist the Chair as well as act as a stand in when the Chair is unavailable.

What are we looking for?

The Vice Chair will need to be proactive. We would be ideally looking for someone who has operations experience and strategic experience. Some financial knowledge would be beneficial.
