Port Talbot YMCA has a long record providing support for young people for well over a century.  We provide hostel accommodation for homeless young men and a thriving community hub. We're seeking new trustees to help develop our provision.

What will you be doing?

We’re particularly looking for applicants with the following skills – but we don’t expect to find all these attributes in one person:

Finance

Law

Homelessness & Housing

Fundraising & Income Generation

Charity Governance

Voluntary & Community Work

Board meetings are held monthly, in person, at The New Plaza. Additionally, you will support your fellow trustees and staff members on an ad hoc basis. The total time commitment averages around a few hours each month.
