Experience of managing a Finance function or operating at a senior level in a Finance capacity
Leadership skills gained at a senior level in a commercial business or charity

Good written and spoken English

The ability to influence at a high level
Approachable and sensitive to the feelings of others

As our Finance Manager, you will ensure that the organisation:

complies with our statutory and fiscal duties
is financially sound and able to meet its commitments
is careful with our hard-won funds and uses them to the best benefit of our clients
is able to maximise the impact of donations and funding
operates professionally and prudently
