The Supporting Chapter Manager provides support to the charity in regions where it's most needed. 

What will you be doing?

The Supporting Chapter Manager provides support to Chapter that are deemed to be struggling. They should assess chapters frequently to ensure they have a clear awareness of what a chapter requires support, in addition to input from other Trustees. They will then provide hands on support to the struggling chapters with focus on recruitment, events and costumes. 

What are we looking for?

The Supporting Chapter Manager should have strong leadership experience and organisational skills. They need to be able to step into a team what it struggling, assess root cause of problems and accurately address them.

What difference will you make?

The volunteer will be able to have the greatest impact by targeting regions where the charity is struggling most and developing them to become fully-functioning.
