This is an exciting time to join us. As a unique, endowed, and place-based Foundation, we are actively looking at new ways to develop and manage our assets to generate income that is reinvested locally to fulfil our charitable objects. We aim to create real and lasting impact, from caring for our heritage and green spaces, to providing great cultural activities and nurturing learning and wellbeing. We want to improve opportunities for our young people, tackling inequality and enhancing the lives of everyone who lives in the Garden City.

Join us in shaping a better future for the world’s first Garden City.

What are we looking for?

We want to ensure we are a diverse and inclusive organisation where everyone belongs, we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.

What difference will you make?

As a Trustee, you will be a champion for the Garden City, advocating for the community and acting as an ambassador for the Foundation. You will work alongside a committed team of fellow Trustees, governors and staff, helping to shape strategy and ensure a thriving, sustainable future. For those with leadership aspirations, this role could be an ideal opportunity to progress to becoming Chair of the Board as part of our governance succession plan.
