Our vision is to RE N-GAGE the young people of today to achieve their full potential to be the adults of tomorrow.
We have recently conducted a Board skills audit and identified that we need some additional Trustees to help us with our growth agenda-previous charity experience would be helpful but the right background experience is more important hence our targeting key sectors such as education/government.
Previous charity experience would be helpful but is not essential-a background in education/government/police or probation is more important
Our Trustees contribute to the strategic direction and governance of the Charity and provide essential oversight of all operational activities. All Trustees have their own personal areas of accountability which enable them to use their skills most effectively.
