We're looking for a Trustee with a background in legal work to join our board and help shape the future direction of our Community-focussed charity
MCFT are based at the Hub in Merstham. We rent part of the building from Surrey County Council and our Lease expires in December 2027. We need a Trustee with legal experience to help us take the initiative and re-negotiate the lease with SCC on more favourable terms
The successful applicant should have a background in legal matters, particularly in the field of property leases.
If we can achieve a more favourable lease it will have a very significant financial benefit to the charity and enable us to further develop our already extensive range of community projects.
