Children's charity seeks Trustee to join board at exciting time of transition and development. Ideal candidates have experience in leading organisations, safeguarding, business & finance. Experience with human resourcing or property a bonus.

What will you be doing?

The Ringsfield Hall Trust seeks to enhance the lives of children and young people through giving them access to experiences and residential stays in nature. The Trust operates a 15 acre site of woodland, parkland and meadows, and a 55 bed Victorian country house. We work in partnership with national charities such as The Ernest Cook Trust, The Country Trust, A Rocha and the Christian Residential Network. Through these partnerships we provide opportunities for those from deprivation or disadvantage to have life changing experiences in nature.

What are we looking for?

Experience in governance, conservation, working with children, church youth work or management of others. We are looking for individuals to bolster our Board of Trustees in the areas of HR, safeguarding, finance, property and education. We would love to hear from you if you fit the bill.

What difference will you make?

As part of our board you will support our work with children and Christian communities across the UK. Shaping our work, strategic direction and helping us to achieve our objectives.
