We have a strong foundation in surveying the marine environment from ferries and from small vessels, Our work is growing and so is interest in it.

We also have a strong, hands-on Board of Trustees and are looking to strengthen that further with this recruitment opportunity.

The trustee will participate fully in governance of the Charity as well as contributing to specific projects when that fits. Importantly, we would like to bring someone with skills and experise to help us ensure we give great support to our staff and growing cadre of volunteers and ship-board volunteer surveyors.

You must have time to attend quarterly TEAMS Board meetings, other occasional programme meetings at to help administer staff and volunteer matters

You must have several years hand-on experience in Human Resources, and excellent communication skills.

It would be good if you have previous experience operating on a Trustee Board,

It would be good if you have a passion for the environment, particularly the marine environment.

What are we looking for?

We seek someone with Leadership, Governance, Communication and Human Resources skills and experience

What difference will you make?

In this role you will help our organisation flourish, and help our people raise the profile of issues in the marine environment.
