We are looking for someone with skills and experience in HR management to join our inclusive and forward thinking Board. Examples of areas where we would value your expertise include: Staffing, Recruitment and Selection, Professional Development Planning, Policy review/approval
You will
Knowledge and experience in HR management
Commitment to CASBA’s vision, mission and values
Willingness and ability to understand and accept responsibilities and liabilities as trustees and to act in the best interests of the organisation
Committment to attend approximately 6-8 Board meetings per year, either face to face or online
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Exercise sound, independent judgement
Work as part of a team
Wllingness to contribute to discussions

As a Trustee you will champion the work of our staff and volunteers, supporting them through your knowledge and skills to help us continue to provide our services and empower our citizens.
