Do you have skills and experience in HR management? Could you give your time to support people with learning disabilities to get their voices heard?  CASBA Advocacy is looking for new Trustees to join the Board. 

What will you be doing?

We are looking for someone with skills and experience in HR management to join our inclusive and forward thinking Board. Examples of areas where we would value your expertise include: Staffing, Recruitment and Selection, Professional Development Planning, Policy review/approval

You will

  • be able to  think creatively and strategically,

Knowledge and experience in HR management

Commitment to CASBA’s vision, mission and values

Willingness and ability to understand and accept responsibilities and liabilities as trustees and to act in the best interests of the organisation

Committment to attend approximately 6-8 Board meetings per year, either face to face or online

Ability to think creatively and strategically

Exercise sound, independent judgement

Wllingness to contribute to discussions
