We encourage Trustees to visit homes across the group throughout the year by arrangement, to meet Home Managers, staff, residents, and relatives, and to learn more about the experience of living or working in one of our homes and how the homes operate, as well as seeing property improvement work and developments. This improves the ability to contribute to the discussion and decision making.
