Bridging Beyond is working to tackle one of the greatest challenges of our time—the deepening divisions in society. Across the UK, polarisation is leading to hostility and dehumanisation between people with different backgrounds, identities, and perspectives. From local communities to the national stage, these divisions threaten our ability to live and work together constructively.

Our work addresses this by creating spaces for meaningful dialogue, running workshops that build empathy, and fostering relationships across divides. Businesses have a crucial role to play in supporting this mission, whether through funding, sponsorship, employee engagement, or collaborative projects.

We are seeking a trustee with at least three years of experience in corporate partnerships and business engagement to guide our efforts in securing meaningful, mission-aligned partnerships. As a trustee, you will:

• Advise on strategy for developing partnerships with businesses and corporate sponsors.
• Identify opportunities for funding, sponsorship, and in-kind support from companies.
• Guide our approach to corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support relationship-building with business leaders, CSR teams, and corporate funders.
• Help shape our messaging and approach to demonstrating the impact of business involvement.
