Home Leone is looking to develop its governance. A small group took it through the initial pioneering phase and in 2023, we appointed 4 others to help us enable a larger vision. Our trustee team has brought clarity to a re-energised mission and has identified some areas which we would value additional perspective and experience. Therefore if you could bring Legal, Fundraising, Marketing or fund raising/networking we would love to hear from you.
We have very small cash reserves and this needs attention and building. Having moved nearly 300 people to 64 homes from slums, built a school and so much more, we want to complete our the first "Destiny Village."

As part of our board you will support and shape our work and strategic direction, as well as help us achieve our purpose. The foundations are built in the 7 developmental pillars of low cost, affordable homes, livelihoods and business, education, healthcare, power, water and training . Whilst in our DNA is pioneering and innovation in a difficult environment, we now need to develop our strategy, policy and resource raising capability, to build out the first village, develop people and replicate. We need fresh insight, high level professional skills, great governance and speaking in to policy, prayer and the joy of working together in something that, with your help, will be life changing for thousands. Its an opportunity for Kingdom impact among the poorest on earth.
