A flexible commitment of circa three (3) days per month including attending quarterly Board meetings and relevant subcommittee meetings.

What will you be doing?

Play your part in shaping Hollybank's future! Qualified and enthusiastic Trustrees required to join our Board. 

Hollybank Trust is a regulated charity based in Mirfield, West Yorkshire. We have been providing education and residential care for nearly 70 years, and currently support more than a hundred children and adults with profound and multiple disabilities.

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Board of Trustees and we are particularly interested in candidates with skills in areas which complement our existing Board areas of expertise:

  • Clinical Guidance (children and adults)
  • Adult Social Care
  • Finance, Audit and Strategy
  • HR and Recruitment
  • Growth and Development
  • Environmental, Social and Governance

Hollybank boasts an Ofsted rated outstanding school and nursery, two children’s homes and eight adult residential homes. We also offer an adult enrichment day service for non-residents. We provide education, residential care, plus a range of therapies and enrichment activities for children, young people and adults with profound and multiple disabilities.

We are a large local employer with over 600 employees and our services are commissioned by 40 different local authorities.
