What difference will you make?

We're a small SCIO, registered in 2020, with a board of seven trustees. We have two Artistic Directors (who are also trustees) and currently work on a project to project basis. Our work spans from VR Theatre shows for audiences, to participatory arts projects with teenagers and in schools.

We're in a period of growth, working with larger teams, across a wider range of locations, and with bigger partners and funders. We're looking for someone who might be excited to support a small arts organisation grow during this period, by providing financial and board guidance, and helping us build effective, sustainable financial processes.

We’re especially interested in working with someone who aligns with our values of being caring, playful, pluralistic, challenging and experimental. We are constantly exploring how these values relate to all the work we do and to every part of our processes. We’d be excited to work with someone who wants to reimagine structures with us, and find ways of working that feel value-led while also supporting us as a charity in doing our best work.

Before you apply

We'd also welcome audio or video applications, you'd be welcome to send us links to these, or do get in touch and we can coordinate another approach, as needed.
