A Board level role for a qualified accountant living in Hertfordshire to manage the financial resources of a community bank offering affordable loans and safe savings
Contributing to strategy and future growth

What will you be doing?

Oversee monthly financial reporting and delivery to agreed SLA’s with outsourcing partner
Review Financial Reports, particularly to the Board, the Regulator and to Members
Implement effective cash management and financial controls in conjunction with outsourcing partner
Be responsible for risk management policies and procedures, systems and controls
Carry out annual budgeting and forecasts
Advise the Board on all financial matters

What are we looking for?

Qualified Accountant
Senior level experience, ideally in banking
Experience of managing an outsourcing partner
Willingness to work independently, as well as in a team
Good Excel skills
Resident in Hertfordshire
