Do you feel a calling to help people work together? Do you want to join a team of like minded people helping to create a resilient culture within the XR movement? 

What will you be doing?

You will be fully supported by the established members of Healthy Teams who are able to help with of the tasks below:

  • Proposing roles and projects the team needs to fulfil its purpose and tasks.
  • Supporting the work of other team members and reviewing their work at regular intervals.
  • Inviting people with relevant skills and abilities to join the team as required.
  • Maintaining an awareness of what is happening in the wider movement, and communicating regularly with the Team Connector.

What are we looking for?

Essential Skills:

You will need a minimum of 3 years experience in coordinating volunteers.

Proactive, organised and a good communicator

Desired Skills (training and support is available):

Knowledge of XRUK’s ways of working, Principles & Values and Self Organising System, experience of working with groups processes and conflict resolution

Your help and expertise will enable XRUK to adapt and survive, to scope new possibilities, activities and ways of working. To support XR teams to develop a supportive atmosphere and being effective in delivering their tasks.
