We are looking for someone skilled in developing record keeping systems including recording information on Monday.com. Join us in working tirelessly to improve access to quality education in underprivileged communities. 

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented systems administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our meetings through effective diary management, minute-taking, and task management using googlemail, google calendar and Monday.com.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a similar systems or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, project management systems and/ or customer relationship management systems, especially monday.com
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Monday.com.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

What difference will you make?

You will enable the charity to improve our efficiency and to free up time for the UK Programme Director to move our schools links programme, strategy planning and programme development forward.
